Openthread based IoT Solution

This solution is implemented for our client. The objective of the project is to monitor 3000 parameters of client system and report to their private network. Openthread is a protocol stack containing UDP, IPV6 and MLE layers. L1 and L2 layers are supported by 802.15.4. This solution supports low power routers, border routers and end devices.

Our Engineers have designed and implemented client specific features on top of open thread stack. The stack is customized to run on the opensource hardware boards like Rasberry PI+ATMEL, TI, NXP and Firefly devices. The end solution is demonstrated on opensource hardware boards like Rasberry PI+ATMEL, TI, NXP and Firefly devices. The openthread based border router is implemented and tested stand alone and dockerized solution.

Automated thousands of Conformance test cases for network nodes, thread router, border router, end devices specific to our client network topology for adherence to the Thread Network’s specification and test bed are prepared and executed. This testing was important for confirming the topology options and interoperability of wired mesh solutions.Further RF performance testing using network analyzers and EM chambers are exectured.
